QCD has been involved with technology transfer both nationally and internationally.  One of our largest transfer projects was analyzing manufacturing processes for military electronic equipment produced in Italy, evaluating what could and could not be duplicated, and then managing and transferring over 14 million dollars of production cost to a company with extra production capacity in the USA.  QCD also helped to manage all of the physical transfer of raw materials and finished products in both directions.

Projects like these also open manufacturers’ eyes to another factor in their business which not many realize exists: the DESIGN CHAIN.
